Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven
Admission Counselor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for guiding students through their educational journey. It is a target based Job.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students on courses, admissions, and career paths.
Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Drive revenue through effective B2B and B2C sales strategies.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.
Provide accurate information regarding course structure, fee, and eligibility.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory).
3-5 years of relevant experience in EdTech, admissions, or academic sales.
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven.
