To guide prospective parents and students through the school admission process, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with the school's vision and culture. The role focuses on lead generation, counselling, admissions conversion, documentation, and maintaining relationships to ensure sustained enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities (in Pointers)

Attend and respond to walk-ins, calls, emails, and online enquiries. Provide accurate information about curriculum, school culture, facilities, fees, transport, and policies. Conduct school tours and presentations for prospective parents and students. Maintain enquiry records in CRM/admission register and track lead status. Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or scheduled meetings. Assist parents with filling admission forms and submitting required documents. Coordinate and schedule entrance assessments, interactions, or interviews as per school policy. Ensure smooth processing of admission formalities including fee payment and document verification. Maintain positive communication and rapport with prospective and newly enrolled families. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admission reports and share with management. Coordinate with accounts, administration, and academic teams for onboarding of students. Participate in school promotional events such as open houses, workshops, exhibitions, and outreach activities. Collect parent feedback and contribute to improving admission experience and school branding.
