Admission Counsellor & Front Desk Executive

.

This is a key position in our organization

, and involves independently managing front-office operations, as well as managing the end-to-end admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.

Working Hours



Monday-Friday:

8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Saturday:

9:00 am - 1:30 pm
(Two Saturdays off per month during non-admission months; additional Saturdays during admission season are compensated.)

Key Responsibilities



Front Office & Administration



Manage a professional, organized, and welcoming front office environment. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students (walk-ins, calls, emails, online queries). Handle appointments, correspondence, records, and office documentation with accuracy and discretion. Provide secretarial and MS-Office support to school leadership (calendars, documents, presentations).

Admissions Counseling



Manage all admission enquiries and guide families through the complete admission process. Share clear and accurate information on curriculum, programs, facilities, policies, and fee structure. Coordinate school visits, tours, interactions, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth parent experience. Maintain admission records, lead trackers, and prepare periodic reports for management.

Parent Communication & Engagement



Support school communication to parents on academics, events, admissions, uniforms, books, and fee schedules. Draft, format, and circulate circulars as per the annual communication calendar.

Events & Departmental Coordination



Support planning and coordination of school events, orientations, meetings, and calendared activities. Assist with education-department requirements including data updates (SATS/STS/PEN), inspections, accreditation documentation, and compliance during admissions.

External Communication



Assist with updates to the school app, website, notice boards, and social media platforms. Prepare brief weekly communication summaries for leadership review.

Skills & Attributes



Warm, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and tele-calling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English; functional knowledge of Kannada preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask calmly under pressure. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools; strong documentation skills essential. Flexibility to adapt to school schedules and peak admission requirements.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate (Post-graduation in Business/Marketing preferred).

2-5 years

of experience in front office, administration, hospitality, sales, or customer service roles.

1-3 years

of experience in the education sector (admissions, administration, counseling, student services) is highly desirable. Freshers with strong potential and willingness to learn may be considered for trainee roles.

Salary



From INR 25000. Will be competitive, and commensurate with experience and skills for the right candidate.
