Attend to walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries
Counsel parents about school programs, curriculum, and facilities
Coordinate school tours and follow-up promptly
Maintain enquiry records and update admission reports
Support admission events, orientations, and documentation
Work closely with academic & admin teams for smooth onboarding
Key Responsibilities: (Front Desk)
Greet and assist parents, visitors, and students
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor entries
Maintain front desk records, registers, and appointments
Coordinate with departments for communication and messages
Support administrative tasks, circulars, and documentation
Uphold school etiquette, professionalism, and discipline at the reception
