ON THE JOB TRAINING - ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

SALARY FOR EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES - UPTO 30,000 + INCENTIVES

Making outbound calls to generate leads, answer customer inquiries, and potentially assist with sales efforts

Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls:

Reaching out to potential or existing customers to generate leads, promote products or services, or gather customer feedback.

Data Entry and Management:

Updating customer information in the database and managing leads.

Learning and Development:

Gaining experience with CRM software, telecommunication systems, and industry knowledge.

Sales Support:

Assisting with sales efforts by identifying opportunities and generating leads.

Skills:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain information.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.

Listening Skills:

Actively listening to customer needs and concerns.

Time Management:

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Patience and Perseverance:

Ability to handle challenging situations and persist in achieving goals.
