Position Title: Student Support Executive/ Admission Counsellor /Tele-Counsellor (Full Time)
Purpose: To counsel and provide guidance to engineering students for admission in
various online/offline courses for preparation of competitive exams like GATE, ESE, PSU's
etc.
Responsibilities
? To receive inbound calls and counseling engineer aspirants.
? To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams
? To counsel prospective students on telephone/IVRs/Online.
? To escalate the prospects/queries, if required on time
? To manage front office desk by resolving student's face to face queries, if
required.

? Command on verbal/Written English communication skills
? Telephone handling skills - Voice/Tone/Pitch/Timely Information
? Persuasive skills, Multitasker
? Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
? Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker
Educational Qualifications
? Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
? 0 - 3 years of experience in Tele-Counselling
? Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
