Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential Ph.D. aspirants.
Communicate fluently in English with students across India and abroad.
Understand the student's academic background and career goals, and guide them through the Ph.D. admission process.
Collect and evaluate student profiles (CVs), and coordinate with internal evaluation departments.
Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high engagement and closure.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of communications and status updates in CRM tools.
Provide after-enrolment support as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Fluency in English is a MUST - spoken and written.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline (Humanities/Commerce/Science/Management preferred).
1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
