The Admission Counsellor is responsible for handling all admission related activities in the school. The role involves guiding parents and students through the admission process, providing detailed information about the school's curriculum and facilities and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.
Key responsibilities:
Attend to admission inquiries from parents through calls ,emails and walk -ins.
Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum, fee structure and admission procedures.
Arrange and conduct campus tours for parents.
Maintain regular folloup with interested parents to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and ability to build rapport with parents and students.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
