Wood Rock School, Zaheerabad, is seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused

Admission Counselor

to manage the enrollment process, guide parents, and promote the school's academic programs. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for enquiries and ensuring a smooth admissions journey for students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist parents with the enrollment process and required documentation. Conduct campus tours, counselling sessions, and parent orientations. Handle admission enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Review student applications and support new student onboarding. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admission approvals. Maintain systematic admission records and follow-up reports. Support school-level promotional activities, events, and open houses. Counsel parents on curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and academic programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience in admissions, front office, customer service, or counseling is a plus. Ability to learn and explain academic programs and school policies.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and parent-handling skills. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic record-management tools. Ability to work under timelines and meet admission targets. Positive attitude, patience, and a student-friendly approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
