We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Admission Counsellor

to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about our programs, and helping them make informed decisions. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will be responsible for achieving enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Counsel prospective students on programs, admission requirements, career pathways, scholarships, and campus facilities. Guide students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, webinars, and school visits. Follow up with leads to achieve application and enrollment targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, student recruitment, or admissions (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Passionate about helping students achieve academic goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
