Key Responsibilities
? 1. Lead Calling & Follow-ups (Important)
Make daily calls to new and existing leads from database, website, walk-ins, campaigns, social media, etc.
Actively follow up to keep parents engaged.
Ensure parents book an appointment / school visit through effective communication.
Maintain high lead conversion ratio from inquiry to visit to admission.
? 2. Inquiry Handling & Counselling
First point of contact for all admission queries.
Provide accurate details on curriculum, facilities, hostel, fees, policies, etc.
Conduct one-on-one counselling (in-person, phone, email, WhatsApp).
? 3. School & Hostel Tours
Organize and conduct professional, impressive campus tours.
Showcase strengths: academics, boarding (boys & girls), sports, health care, safety & security.
? 4. Admission Process Coordination
Guide parents through forms, documentation, tests, interviews.
Schedule tests/interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure smooth onboarding after admission confirmation.
? 5. Database Management & Reporting
Maintain updated record of inquiries and follow-ups.
Track daily calls, visits booked, admissions confirmed.
Share daily/weekly progress reports with management.
? 6. Marketing & Outreach Support
Assist in admission events, school fairs, open houses, seminars.
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Provide feedback on parent preferences and market trends.
? 7. Relationship Building
Build positive relationships with parents and students.
Provide support post-admission if needed.
Represent the school professionally at all times.

? Excellent communication & persuasion (English & Hindi)

? Confident, approachable and student/parent centric
? Ability to achieve targets under deadlines
? Good presentation & coordination skills
? Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (Education / Management / Marketing preferred)
1-3 years of experience in admissions / counselling / tele-calling / customer service
School/Education sector experience preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
