Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding

courses, admissions & career options

Handle

inbound & outbound calls

related to admissions Convert

student inquiries into successful admissions

Maintain and update

student records & follow-ups

Explain

fee structure, eligibility & admission process

Achieve monthly admission targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing

Requirements:

Experience as an

Admission Counselor / Education Counselor

preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills

can also apply Strong

convincing & interpersonal skills

Comfortable with

telephonic & face-to-face counseling

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred) Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
