Preschool Counselor
to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are deeply passionate about nurturing the emotional and social growth of young learners during their early developmental years.
Key Responsibilities:
Observe, assess, and understand the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of young children.
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help children manage challenges such as separation anxiety, social adjustment, and behavioral concerns.
Partner with teachers and parents to create and apply strategies that encourage emotional well-being and positive social behavior in children.
Required Qualifications:
Previous practical experience in counseling or working with preschool-age children in an educational setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
