Position :

Admission Counselor

for an upcoming IIT-JEE / NEET coaching centre

Location : South Delhi

Experience : 3-4 years

Working Days : Monday-Saturday ( full time from office)

Office Time : 9.00 AM - 7.00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Inquiry Management:

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads from social media

Academic Counseling:

Guide students on IIT-JEE/NEET exam structures

Sales & Conversion:

Achieve monthly admission targets by converting potential inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

Lead Nurturing:

Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule via phone, email, and WhatsApp to retain student interest.

Administrative Coordination:

Assist in fee collection, documentation, and coordination with the academic team for batch allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Science background preferred for technical clarity).

Experience:

Typically requires 3 - 4 years in educational sales or counselling with strong communication skills

Domain Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the

IIT-JEE

(Main & Advanced) and

NEET

examination cycles

Communication:

Fluency in English and Hindi

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with CRM / Excel software

Salary Range:

Typically ? 3- 4 Lacs per annum

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,207.22 per month
