Key Responsibilities:
u Engage with potential customers via phone calls and majorly via face to face counselling, providing information about Courses, related to Graphic Designers, Web Designers, 2D/3D Animators etc.
u Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team. Manage and update information in our CRM or sales software.
u Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking Assisting, developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.
Required Skills:
u Marketing: Knowledge of effective marketing strategies to promote business and agent acquisition. Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate terms, deals, and partnerships.
u Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build report with clients and agents.
u Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate options and drive effective business strategies.
Qualifications:
u 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling or a related field.
u Strong communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software relationships.
u Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
u A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
