The counsellor will convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication, counseling, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
; provide detailed information about NIRA programs, career pathways, and admission procedures.
Conduct
career counseling sessions
to help students choose suitable programs aligned with their interests and goals.
Maintain and update
lead databases, follow-up trackers, and CRM
to ensure timely communication with prospects.
Organize and participate in
seminars, webinars, campus activities, and admission events
to increase student outreach.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly admission targets
as set by NIRA's Admission Center or Head Office.
Guide students through
admission documentation, fee structure, EMI/loan options, and scholarship procedures
.
Coordinate with Marketing & Academic teams to ensure accurate and updated program information.
Build strong relationships with students, ensuring a positive and trustworthy admission experience.
Understand competitor offerings and provide feedback to improve admission strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Management, or related field); Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and conversion ability.
Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office & digital communication platforms.
Passion for education, technology, and student development.
