Job Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing & new clients.
Provide accurate information about consultancy services.
Handle inbound client queries and follow-ups.
Maintain call records and client data properly.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and productivity targets.
Build and maintain good client relationships.
Provide professional counselling to clients regarding admission process
Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Guide clients through the consultation process.
Maintain client records and regular follow-ups.
Convert leads into confirmed clients.
Maintain a professional and ethical approach in counselling.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
Good command of English and Hindi.
Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in counselling or consultancy preferred.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to convince and close clients.
Professional attitude and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
