The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in understanding our programs, handling admission queries, and ensuring smooth enrolment into
International Spoken Languages courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.
- Counsel students about courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Confidence in telecalling and counselling.
Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
