Key Responsibilities:
To manage front office desk by resolving student's face to face queries.
Engage with leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Provide detailed information about course offerings, career prospects, and financial options.
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to generate high-quality leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in the education industry
(preferably higher education/admissions).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven approach with excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle inquiries through multiple channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings).
Proficiency in CRM tools and admission software is a plus.
