Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from prospective students via calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media.
Explain programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures clearly.
Conduct counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain follow-up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities.
Maintain and update student records in CRM/software.
Organize and participate in admission events, seminars, and outreach activities.
Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic teams.
Stay updated with program details, fees, and institutional policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
