We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Admission Counsellor
to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing information about courses, understanding student needs, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads) and provide accurate information about programs, courses, and admission procedures.
Counsel students on course selection, career options, and the admission process.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion.
Maintain and update student databases and records in CRM.
Participate in admission events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for campaign execution and student onboarding.
Provide post-admission support and ensure a smooth student experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's preferred).
1-3 years of experience in counselling, education sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
Goal-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the education sector (universities, colleges, EdTech, or overseas education).
Knowledge of admission processes and academic programs.
Ability to handle student queries with empathy and professionalism.
Work Schedule:
[Days and timing, e.g., Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM]
