Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on study options in countries such as
Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia ,UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe
.
Evaluate students' academic profiles and recommend suitable programs and universities.
Handle end-to-end admission process including
application preparation, documentation, offer letter follow-up, and visa guidance
.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrolment targets.
Build and maintain relationships with universities and internal stakeholders.
Conduct webinars, seminars, and one-on-one counselling sessions.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Provide exceptional after-admission support to ensure smooth onboarding of students abroad.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in overseas education counselling (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM management.
Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in Education, Marketing, or related field.
