Admission Counselor

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or student services. Should have a welcoming attitude to build connections with students. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Comfortable making regular calls to students and following up, with a focus on coordination and relationship building. Basic understanding of spoken English and familiarity with International exams like IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE. Should be convincing and focused on achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and assist students regarding academic and career choices, such as international study opportunities and necessary entrance examinations. Provide clear, well-written guidance and documentation to support admissions and career counseling. Coordinate with students through calls, emails, and messages, and follow up on admissions or counseling inquiries. Track student progress and compile basic reports. Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times.

Typical Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree required (sometimes Psychology or related fields preferred). Experience with spoken English counseling as well as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and OET. Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.
