Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.
- Counsel students about ICFM courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the academic team to schedule counselling sessions, interviews, or demo classes.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
- Provide accurate information and a positive experience to every prospective student.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Confidence in tele calling and counselling.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior counselling/tele calling experience will be an added advantage.
