Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Admission Counselor

with a strong background in overseas education counseling. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of international universities, admission processes, visa requirements, and career guidance for students aspiring to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on study abroad opportunities including universities, courses, admission requirements, and career prospects. Manage end-to-end admission processes: application filling, documentation, SOP/LOR guidance, and follow-ups with universities. Guide students through visa processes, financial documentation, and interview preparation. Maintain updated knowledge of global education trends, scholarships, and immigration regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, students, and parents. Track student progress and ensure timely updates throughout the admission process. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets as assigned by management. Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/master's degree in education, Business, or related field. 3-4 years of relevant work experience, with

at least 2 years of continuous experience in the overseas education industry.

Strong knowledge of international universities

(UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) and their admission/visa processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Strong organizational and target-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online application portals
