Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and goal-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about our courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns. Counsel students and parents about our courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career prospects. Maintain a database of prospective students and update records regularly. Coordinate and schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, or virtual meetings. Convert inquiries into admissions by providing personalized guidance and support. Track and achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends, course offerings, and competitor activities.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and sales ability Good listening and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or student management software Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficient in Excel sheet And Good verbal and written with English Communication .

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Marketing, Psychology, or Business) Prior experience in academic counselling, telesales, or customer service is a plus Experience with 3 years with good communication skills are also welcome to apply

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience Incentives based on performance and conversions

Working Hours:

working days and timings, e.g., Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
