Position: Admission Counsellor Cum Tele Calling Executive
Location: Kochi / Kozhikode
Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or tele-calling
Key Requirements:
Any graduate with strong communication skills in English, Hindi , Malayalam & Arabic is a plus
Experience in CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
