Admission Counsellor cum Receptionist
to manage front-desk operations and guide prospective students/parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmission Counselling
Handle enquiries from students and parents regarding the admission process, courses, and eligibility.
Counsel walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads to convert them into admissions.
Maintain admission records, follow-up logs, and enquiry reports.
Guide parents/students through documentation and onboarding procedures.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for admission-related activities.
Reception & Front Desk Management
Greet visitors, parents, and students with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth flow of front-office operations.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing files, and updating registers.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic data entry).
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask.
Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
