We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Admission Counselor cum Field Sales Executive

who will be responsible for guiding prospective parents/students through the admission process and promoting the school through field sales activities. The role involves counseling, field visits, lead generation, and building strong relationships with parents and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:



Counseling & Admissions



Handle admission inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online leads). Counsel parents about school curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures. Maintain proper follow-up with prospective parents until admission confirmation. Coordinate school visits, tours, and orientation programs for parents. Maintain admission records, databases, and reporting.

Field Sales & Marketing



Conduct field visits in nearby areas, societies, play schools, and corporates to promote admissions. Generate leads through field marketing, tie-ups, and networking. Distribute promotional material (pamphlets, brochures, banners, etc.) in targeted areas. Organize and participate in admission drives, exhibitions, and parent engagement activities. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to increase brand visibility.

Coordination & Reporting



Work closely with the admission team, marketing team, and school management. Provide daily/weekly reports of leads generated, follow-ups, and admissions closed. Achieve admission targets within given timelines.

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Education). 1-3 years of experience in

admission counseling / field sales / educational sales

. Strong communication and persuasive skills (English & Hindi). Pleasant personality with good presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel locally for field sales and promotional activities. Goal-oriented, with proven track record of meeting sales/admission targets.

Key Competencies:



Customer handling and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and proactive approach. Good convincing and negotiation ability. Result-driven with strong follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
