With a strong presence in results, student mentorship, and educational innovation, we are now expanding our team to include a high-performing Admission Counselor who becomes the face of our institute for every parent and student inquiry. Role Overview: We are seeking a young, presentable, and confident female professional who can represent our institute with excellence. This is a frontline role requiring exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of how to counsel parents and students during their most important career decision. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all admission-related inquiries from parents and students. Handle inbound and outbound admission calls with complete professionalism and clarity. Explain our admission process, coaching methodology, fee structure, success ratio, and uniqueness in a persuasive and emotionally intelligent manner. Maintain and update lead status and follow-up reminders in the CRM system (CRM knowledge is a must). Build trust and establish long-term relationships with potential students and their families. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth admissions and student onboarding. Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions and update records in real-time. Report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics of inquiry handling and conversions to the management. Desired Candidate Profile: Gender: Female (Mandatory, as this is a client-facing role with a specific representation need) Age: 21-28 years (Young, dynamic, and full of energy) Education: Graduate in any field (preferably with a background in communication, psychology, or marketing) Communication: Excellent verbal and written English + Hindi communication skills Personality: Presentable, confident, emotionally intelligent, with a warm and convincing tone Tech Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic email etiquette Experience: 1-3 years in admission counseling, tele-counseling, or customer relations (Freshers with exceptional personality and skill may also apply) Why Join Us?
