Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Female Admission Counsellor

to join our team. This role involves guiding students, explaining courses, assisting in admissions, and ensuring a positive experience for every aspirant visiting the academy.

This position is exclusively for candidates (Female) who are permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with walk-in students and parents, providing detailed information about courses and admission procedures. Handle enquiries through calls, emails, and social media platforms. Counsel students about course benefits, study plans, and career prospects in the field of Civil Services. Maintain enquiry data, follow-up records, and student communication logs. Support the admission team in daily operations and documentation. Contribute to student orientation and academy events. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

Must be

Female

. Must be a

permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir

(J&K candidates only). Must be a

Graduate

in any discipline. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM usage). Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and parents. Professional, responsible, and student-centric approach.

Salary

Competitive salary for freshers (based on interview performance).
