About the Role

Chinmaya Vidyalaya Nauni is looking for a confident and student-focused Admission Counsellor to manage admission inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for prospective parents and students.

Minimum Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory) Good command over English (spoken and written is essential)

Key Responsibilities

Attend walk-in, telephonic and online admission inquiries. Clearly communicate curriculum, fee structure, boarding facilities, and school policies. Guide parents through the admission process and required documentation. Maintain lead follow-up records and ensure timely conversions. Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission-related events. Work closely with the marketing/admission team for inquiry management.

Desired Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent English speaking with polite and professional tone. Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM handling preferred). Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
