Counsel prospective students and parents regarding IAS/UPSC coaching programs, courses, and admission process.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads; convert them into admissions.
Maintain proper follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and counseling sessions.
Provide detailed information about the institute's courses, faculty, study material, and facilities.
Assist in the admission process - registration, documentation, and fee collection.
Build strong relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Achieve admission targets as per monthly/quarterly goals.
Coordinate with faculty, marketing team, and management for smooth operations.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events when required.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Graduate (any stream) with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
Ability to explain complex details in a simple and convincing manner.
Good command over English and Hindi (local language preferred).
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM).
