Counsel walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads regarding RMS courses (CA Foundation, Inter, and 11th/12th Commerce).
Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship building.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain timely communication with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with faculty and management for demo sessions, fee queries, or academic updates.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or spreadsheets.
Assist in generating daily/weekly admission reports.
