About the Role

We're on a mission to help learners kickstart their tech careers. As part of our Growth Team, you'll be the first touchpoint for learners -- guiding them with clarity, building trust, and helping them take that life-changing step through smart, ethical sales.

What You'll Do

Convert qualified leads through consultative, impact-driven conversations. Pitch our bootcamp with confidence, honesty, and energy. Help learners see how our program matches their career goals. Stay on top of follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Keep our CRM neat and updated with lead progress. Crush your weekly & monthly enrollment targets.
You'll Thrive If You

Have 1+ year of sales experience

or

are a quick learner with excellent communication chops. Speak English fluently and value integrity in every conversation. Are ambitious, impact-driven, and hungry to grow fast. Want to fast-track into

Sales Head / Business Leadership

Compensation & Work Details

Salary:

?25,000 fixed +

uncapped incentives

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (Saturday will be working if targets are not achieved*)
