Provide information about age-appropriate programs and activities.
Assist families with completing enrollment forms and gathering required documents.
Explain the school's policies and procedures, including fees, attendance, and pick-up/drop-off times.
Communication and Relationship Building:
Maintain regular communication with prospective families, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
Conduct tours of the school facilities and classrooms, showcasing the learning environment.
Build rapport with families, creating a positive and welcoming impression of the school.
Attend community events and school fairs to promote the play school and its programs.
Record Keeping and Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of prospective and enrolled students.
Track enrollment trends and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Other Duties:
Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement admission policies and procedures.
Stay informed about early childhood education trends and best practices.
Represent the school at events and in the community
