We are seeking an

experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor

to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students and parents, managing the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment Achieve and exceed admission targets and conversion ratios Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions Participate in promotional activities, seminars, school visits, and education fairs Provide post-admission support and ensure a positive student experience
Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as an Admission Counsellor (education sector preferred) Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle students and parents confidently and empathetically Target-driven mindset with proven admission or sales performance Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
