Job Description

Eligibility: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Admissions and Career Counselling.
You will be working in the business development/sales team, converting enquiries to admissions and guiding their career.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have a Strong Ability to convert the inquiry into Admission.

• Strong phone presence and skills in closing sales over the phone.

• Understanding the students and suggesting the best program suited for his/her career development

• Should send SMS/emails to Inquiries on a regular basis

• Calling Handling Telephone enquiries and converting them into walk-ins and then admissions.

• Gathering required documents from the student.

• Maintaining reports regarding the candidates who have taken admission or done enquiry and updating the same.

Requirements
Skills Required
Communication Skills: Good command of English, Hindi, and Telugu or Kannada
Negotiation Skills and comfortable with call conversations
Basic knowledge of Excel
Basic know-how to compose emails
