DigiPerform Bathinda is looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor

who can guide students toward the right career path in

Digital Marketing

and help convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from students and parents Counsel students about DigiPerform's digital marketing courses and career opportunities Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions Conduct career guidance sessions and assist during seminars/events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (MBA, BBA, or any related field preferred) 1-3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling Freshers with strong communication skills may apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi) Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage Ability to work with targets and deadlines
