Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Conduct counselling sessions to understand students' educational needs and career goals.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and financial options.
Maintain and update student databases and follow up with leads to meet admission targets.
Coordinate and participate in admission events, campus tours, and outreach activities.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Management preferred).
Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-centric approach.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
