Provide guidance to prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships.
Educate students on program features, curriculum, and career prospects.
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and messages, and assist in converting leads into enrollments.
Build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring smooth communication.
Follow up on applications and enrollment confirmations in coordination with the admissions team.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred).
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills.
Enthusiasm for sales, business development & student counseling.
Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off.
Basic understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).
