Assist in student admission process, explain the school policies , features of the school and pedegogy and enrollment process to the Parents
Provide assistance to Parents in completing admission/enrollment forms and other related formalities
Check batch availability, Maintain a student admissions database with clear and complete student enrollment files
Share all the required link and document with the parents for completing the admission process.
Review the student lists with the existing data and update the same
Collaborate with team members to complete and validate the admission of students
Address student queries and complaints timely
Share notification with the parents related to any activity/events
Provide support to Management in managing Admissions
Maintain a cordial relationship with the management, students, faculties and administrative teams for smooth operations.
To report promptly and diligently on daily basis
Complete admin task at school like attendence,petty cash , Cleaniness, Supervision of maids
