Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Manage walk-ins, inquiries, calls, messages, and follow-ups.
Guide students throughout the admission, documentation, and onboarding process.
Create and maintain daily reports, update CRM/sheets, and track admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams for batch schedules, onboarding, and student status.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure smooth workflow.
Support the team with guidance, performance tracking, and task allocation (for TL role).
Conduct basic training to improve communication and process knowledge (for TL role).
Contribute to achieving admission targets and overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Strong communication and counselling skills.
Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
Leadership skills (for TL role).
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Any Graduate.
Freshers can apply; experience is preferred for Team Leader role.
