Job Description

The Admission Counsellor for the Amravathi region will be responsible for guiding prospective students, working professionals, and parents in understanding suitable academic programs offered through Touch Campus and its partner universities. The role requires strong communication skills, field engagement, digital marketing follow-up, and end-to-end support from enquiry to admission confirmation.

The counsellor will handle inbound and outbound student enquiries, explain course details, eligibility requirements, fees, scholarship/EMI options, and help candidates choose the right program based on their career goals. The position involves maintaining daily lead follow-up, scheduling counselling sessions, organizing doorstep counselling visits, coordinating with partner colleges, and ensuring smooth documentation until the admission process is completed.

The counsellor will work closely with the regional team leader to achieve monthly admission targets for the Amravathi district. This includes visiting industries, coaching centres, community groups, and local talent hubs to promote programs for working professionals and freshers. The role also involves supporting EXEE outreach activities, participating in local events, and managing WhatsApp/phone-based communication for lead conversion.

The position demands maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing daily reports, tracking progress of applications, and ensuring all student documents are verified before submission. The counsellor must uphold professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and represent the institution with integrity while building strong relationships across the district.

The ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven, comfortable with fieldwork plus office tasks, familiar with digital platforms, and capable of delivering exceptional student support. Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, or sales is preferred, though motivated freshers with strong communication skills from Amravathi will also be considered.
