Job Title: Academic Counselor - Online UG/PG Programs

Location: Sector 59, Noida

Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counselors to guide learners interested in online undergraduate and postgraduate programs such as BBA, MBA and more. The role involves understanding student goals, recommending suitable courses, and assisting them throughout the online admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on online UG/PG programs (BBA, MBA and more). Understand student profiles and recommend the right program based on their career aspirations. Manage the complete admissions journey--from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Follow up with potential students via calls, emails, and messages. Update and maintain lead and enrollment records. Meet monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student needs and explain course benefits clearly. Experience in academic counseling, edtech, or education sales is a plus. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. o Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
