Job Description

Sekhris Academy and Immigration is hiring a Student Counsellor & Sales Executive officer to manage online inquiries, counsel students for English test preparation, and convert leads into admissions. The role focuses on communication, counselling, sales follow-ups, and ensuring smooth onboarding into our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, calls, and social media Provide counselling for IELTS, PTE, OET, CELPIP, and TOEFL courses Explain batches, fees, trainers, schedules, and admission process Follow up with leads and close admissions to meet monthly targets Maintain basic records on CRM/Excel and report status to management

Requirements

Good English communication skills Interpersonal and counselling approach; not pushy sales Experience in education/training/consulting preferred (not mandatory) Basic computer & WhatsApp Business handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
