The Admission Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring prospective students/clients and parents receive accurate information, timely support, and a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a customer-service orientation.
Manage Admissions Process:
o Process student applications, check if all required documents are submitted.
o Communicate with students about missing documents or next steps.
Student Interaction:
o Answer queries from prospective students and parents (in person, by phone, or email).
o Guide students through the entire admission process.
Event Coordination:
o Help organize admissions events like campus tours, open houses, and information sessions.
Data Management:
o Enter and maintain accurate student data in the admissions system.
o Generate reports on applications, statistics, etc.
Collaboration:
o Work with other departments (e.g., financial aid, academic advising) to process applications smoothly.
Administrative Support:
o Schedule interviews, handle paperwork, and maintain student files.
o Prepare and send admission offer letters.
Customer Service:
o Provide excellent service to students and parents, addressing their concerns quickly.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor's degree (any field).
Experience:
o Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles (preferably in admissions).
Skills:
o Strong communication skills (English & Tamil).
o Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
