Attend walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries from students & parents.
Explain course details, fee structures, admission process, and institute USP.
Guide parents on suitable programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation) based on student profile.
Admission Process Management
Maintain admission forms, documents, and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with accounts team for fee collection & payment tracking.
Issue receipts, admission letters, and maintain records.
Follow-ups & Conversion
Regularly follow up with potential students/parents to ensure admissions.
Convert leads generated from marketing, tele-calling, and walk-ins.
Communication & Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with parents and students for trust & long-term association.
Handle queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
Share timely updates about classes, orientation, and schedules.
Coordination with Academic & Marketing Teams
Share feedback with marketing for quality lead generation.
Coordinate with faculty & operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Assist in planning seminars, workshops, or admission campaigns.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain enquiry/admission MIS reports daily & weekly.
Provide admission status updates to management.
Track conversion ratios (Enquiry ? Admission).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
