Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement:
1. Connect with prospective learners via calls, emails, and online sessions to understand their needs.
2. Build strong rapport and trust while providing program details and clarifying queries.
Consultative Guidance:
1. Assess student goals, interests, and career aspirations to recommend the right course/program.
2. Highlight the value and outcomes of our programs in a student-centric manner.
Enrollment Process:
1. Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel -- from lead nurturing to successful onboarding.
2. Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely conversions.
Performance & Targets:
1. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
2. Track, analyze, and report lead conversions and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Collaboration:
1. Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless communication with learners.
2. Provide feedback on learner concerns, objections, and expectations to improve offerings.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
B2C inside sales, admissions, counseling, or enrollment management
(EdTech preferred).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong consultative selling ability with a student-first mindset.
Comfortable working with CRMs, lead management tools, and online communication platforms.
Target-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in
EdTech, eLearning, or career counseling
.
Knowledge of education trends, career paths, and student motivation drivers.
Multilingual communication skills (added advantage in regional/national markets).
