Admissions Consultant -High-Ticket Sales Specialist

who is passionate about guiding aspiring tech professionals in making transformative career decisions.

You will play a pivotal role in converting qualified leads into applicants for our intensive bootcamps.

This role involves proactive outreach, personalized consultations, and closing high-ticket enrollments over the phone or video calls.

You'll work closely with the City Manager to provide a warm, structured, and effective admissions process that reflects our mission and values.

Responsibilities



Own the entire admissions lifecycle from lead contact to enrollment for prospective students. Engage with inbound leads from multiple sources (CRM, workshops, referral programs, etc.). Conduct high-quality consultations to understand applicants' goals, motivations, and concerns. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our bootcamp offerings. Manage follow-ups and handle objections to ensure a high conversion rate. Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM and track key metrics. Collaborate with the Marketing and Community teams to align messaging and lead nurturing strategies. Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and suggest improvements in outreach strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

About You



You are based in Bangalore with long-term plans to stay in the city. You are fluent in English, with excellent communication and listening skills. You have 2-4 years of experience in consultative sales, admissions, or a high-ticket inside sales role. You have a proven track record of closing deals over phone/video consultations. You have excellent communication and active listening skills. You possess high emotional intelligence to guide applicants through a significant career decision. You can manage a pipeline effectively using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus). You are self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure. Prior experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus but not mandatory.
